The secure car park.
This hotel has changed ownership and changed its name to Green Praia Hotel. The (previous) owners of the "Lisboa Praia Hotel" apparently left a debt of some R$76 million and unpaid wages. The hotel was sold at auction during the first part of December & the local courts apparently ordered compulsory continuation of service. The basic operations of the hotel appear to be struggling, including supply of sufficient breakfast food, room cleaning & some breaches of security. Most of the staff currently there are working hard to service guests under difficult circumstances but the new owners of the hotel should direct all possible resources to the hotel as a matter of utmost urgency.

The hotel facilities are good but old and demanding repair service.
We have heard there this hotel is financially broken. There was no room service, breakfast was terrible and in one of the mornings the breakfast was not served. Wi-Fi was not good and the air conditioner in the lodge was out of work.
